What is the best way to get the master CD and artwork to you?
Please email your artwork over to studio@promodiscs.co.uk
Some pointers for your artwork files can be found by clicking here
Some pointers for your master files can be found by clicking here

You can upload the data files that are to go on the disc to any file transfer service such as www.wetransfer.com and then a master CD is created by us using the files you have sent at no extra cost. It is a good idea to put all the files into a zip or rar folder before upload to reduce download errors and speed up the transfer process.
Alternately you can post out a master CD or DVD, please email studio@promodiscs.co.uk for postage details

Can I send over audio files in mp3 format?
Yes this is fine for cd duplication but for best audio quality you should really send over uncompressed audio files such as WAV or Aif. If this is not an option then it is advised that you save the mp3 file with a high bit rate i.e 320kbs. Once an audio file is saved as an mp3 some of the quality is lost forever, saving it back to a WAV will not reverse the process.

Can you embed ISRC codes into an audio CD?
Yes, at no extra cost. All we need from you is the ISRC codes for each audio track, which will then be encoded onto the master CD before printing and duplication.

Can you add track markings to my DJ mix?
Yes, the price for track marking a DJ mix is £9
All we need from you is the DJ mix and the track times in the following format

Track 1 – 0.00
Track 2 – 5.24
Track 3 – 11.32
Etc

Is there a minimum order I have to place?

Some other packaging, CD pressing and printing options require a minimum order.
